Our expertise covers smart cities development, infrastructure planning, place-making strategies, and housing with integrated human settlements. We support national, provincial and local government initiatives through comprehensive project and programme management to deliver sustainable development outcomes.

We facilitate residential and commercial real estate investment through mega-scale mixed-use and mixed-income housing development. Our services include packaging of all-scale housing projects, infrastructure investment facilitation, and comprehensive project preparation. We provide land and property transaction facilitation, development and implementation management, and public-private partnership facilitation with strategic advanced stakeholder engagement to unlock development potential.

We are establishing an investor networking platform for regional investment in South Africa to facilitate strategic partnerships and unlock development potential across the country. The Platform connects investors with opportunities across the 52 district and metro economic regions. This enables coordinated regional development strategies and facilitates comprehensive investment potential throughout South Africa.
